Used their Car wash service recently for the first time... They really did a great job at reasonable price.. 12 years old car looks like new car after the wash...both interior and exterior were perfectly cleaned.. especially the glasses... Really amazing... Thanks for their service!

Work quality is good. I went to the shop at earliest even though they said we have two cars in line. Shop owner told me come at 12pm. At 11:30 I called the shop to ensure my car is ready. He told it's ready to pick up. Then I started to the shop to pick up my car. After reaching the shop only I got to know my vehicle is not ready. Shop owner said, meanwhile Police person personal car came so they allowed thier car first. I waited for 1.30 hours to get my car. Very worst experience. To the shop owner - if you're working for police why you're accepting my car for the work. Do it as first come first serve. Don't be sycophant. Next Appointment I had on today after some months. To the shop owner: bro your work is quality, no doubt in that. I'll give 5star rating for your quality work. But commitment is not there with you. If you deliver the car after 4 hours na just inform. For business sake don't tell will complete the work in another 30 mins like that. Punctuality is not there. I'm very sorry. You'll lose your customer if another shop is placed in vpm.

High Quality service by Arasu cars. Didn't expect such a quality from a Arasu cars which located in Tier 3 city. It's just 300 meters away from NH7 which is easily accessible in Velayuthampalayam town . Good Parking spaces which accomadate more than 10 cars at a time. Clean and neat reception area. I had a done a alignment, wheel balancing and water wash for my Ecosport vehicle . Service good. Mr Bala partner at Aarsu car is so kind and he Addresses all issues in car and gives a proper solution with affordable price range. I highly recommend Arasu cars for any for car issues.
