We had booked via make my trip for Bangalore to Thanjavur trip . They cancel their scheduled bus on the day of journey and inform us just few hours before the planned trip .and we are faced to book other buses at high prices for last minute travels This is the second time we are facing this issue . The price of the ticket is too high and not worthy for their service . They cancel anytime they wish n They don't try to make any alternate arrangements. Never will I book this bus service nor would I recommend anyone to use this service.

Worst bus ever. Ac doesnt work and the chargging ports doesn't work either. Staff are irresponsible and careless. Bus number is NL 01 B1976. Travel from Tirupati to coimbatore on 19 nov 2023.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had on a bus. First , there was a 20 minute delay and they also gave us the wrong pickup point so we had to walk like 500 meters to reach the bus. They also fill up their petrol tank after they board the passengers which causes another delay of 45 minutes. The ride was also really slow at the beginning and there was another delay caused by a puncture. We also arrived at our destination approximately 1 hour later then we were supposed to . There is literally zero punctuality . I have never travelled on a bus like this...

Pathetic service. A brake down vehicle was made to go all the way from Salem to Bangalore at 40kmph with vibrations and noise. To boot, had to pay premium amount for a Sunday trip. Couldn't reply to the response from the service provider hence editing this review.... A detailed report including my PNR was sent before writing this review and I'm yet to get an acknowledgement :( All the PR is an eyewash

I travelled from Coimbatore to Tirupati. Condition of the bus is good , for 6 feet tall , it will be bit difficult. Staffs are not cooperative. They need to be trained . Drinking water was not supplied to us

It is not suitable for women. Don't ever choose this bus. The bus staff talks inappropriate to the women. I'll definitely file complaint regarding this issue.

I traveled in AC sleeper bus of them from Tanjore to Bengaluru and it was top notch. Best amenities provided good neat seats with blankets. Also they have provided water bottle and a biscuit packet. The journey was smooth and they are on time which is the most important thing. Very good service.

I recently took the bus service from Bangalore to Salem. Bus was clean and comfy. Polite staffs. On Time pickup. Overall a wonderful travel experience.
