I am a regular customer of Arambagh's Food Mart. But behaviour of one fellow of the same was very rude. Without any information he used to talk roughly with customers. Even he don't support customers properly. Not happy at all
Good variety of products specially cookies are awesome and so economical vs other bakeries.
It is very very very disappointed branch I ever visit. First thing they don't give discount, second thing they don't keep much varieties of products and much amount of products, third thing is they were too slow in billing, forth thing is they were always watching customers while they were shopping it is very uncomfortable thing as if they thought that all customers are theif and the last thing is that their behaviour are too much bad and the security guard and the staffs are very rude. One day they insulted me by blaming me a theif and was checking my bag. My mind was like who will come to their suffocative small store and try stole products although they were already put a hundred of cameras in small store. It was a very very and very much insulting and dissapointing experience from a well known supermarket Arambagh.

Visiting the outlet from its first day. But today I had a bitter experience.The staffs are not at all aware of the prices. All things I purchased are on print price .Now a day,even the parar dokan give some discount.And the most disgusting part is,the staffs are just walking feet to feet with the customer. There are cameras.And not everyone of the customers are not thieves.. it's disgusting and quiet annoying.i won't visit the shop anymore.
My association with this outlet is since long and I find the place friendly and well equipped with our daily needs. The behaviour of the staff is also very good.
Myself, being a resident of Lake Gardens, visited this shop a number of times. Unfortunately, my experience of shopping here has not been good. Number of times, the items required by me, were not available with them and also, quite a few renowned items are not available with them at all. The quality of the products, compared to others, are also not good.
