Arambagh S.D Hospital is a State Government run hospital that provides multi-speciality treatment services. It offers decent medical facilities including quality equipments, doctors and other staff. The new super specialty building has started functioning here that it brings relief to the ailing humanity.

Very good service. There are many department here. 24x7 service available. This hospital is going to be a medical college. There are pharmacy, laboratory, ultrasound, x ray, dialysis, HDU, SNCU etc department. Orthopedic, surgery, paediatric, gynaecology, eye, ENT, Medicine, immunization, dental, Blood banks are also available. The employees try to give quality services to the patients. Overall very good. Huge patient load.

Infrastructure is good but that place is not hygienic at all. But treatment and others facilities are awesome and this is one of the best government hospital in Hooghly district.

This is Arambagh Sub-Division Hospital popularly known as 'Arambagh Hospital'. This hospital is existing just beside of road and near to Arambagh Bus stand. This hospital Play a vital rule for poor. Hospital area is congested. 24x7 Emergency department available. Fair price medicine shop available where patient with prescription get huge amount of discount. Ambulance service available. Doctors are irresponsible for patients' health and fitness. Nursing staffs are not well caring. In this hospital campus, Super Speciality Hospital is situated named as 'Arambagh Super Speciality Hospital'. Entire hospital is wheelchair accessibility . Car parking area available. Wheelchair car parking area also available. Almost clean. But need more clean and clear atmosphere. Need more improvement.

I don't say Hospital is bad. But the Dr. are too much irresponsible in their work. They don't even check or dressing a wound properly. In emergency cases after 24 hour keeping in the Cabin only with Celine and Pain killer they would say It is out of our hand you have to go Calcutta or any where else .They make the situation more bad, so that the private hospital can say it was very bad situation need more money even patient can be death. The visiting hour/time are very irregular and they not even seriously see any patient. They just come to sign, talk to nurse and go back. I have a question for Dr. why are you so money hungry? why?

Highly important for a large area. Facilities are good. Service is slow but due to huge demand. Atmosphere should be much better. Overall good.

Now a days condition were improved.Its ungraded to multi super specialty hospital. And soon as a Arambagh Medical college.(already approved ,work in progress )
