Nice location and good ambience. Bad service standards. Staff still behave like government employees and dont have the zeal to work. Many customers just sit there for time pass or chatting or discussions and talking loudly...they do not contribute much business to the premises as they occupy the limited seating space for hours.. Any individual customer should not stay for more than 15 mins without an order... If this is implemented strictly, then this place can attract more customers and generate more business.
Once upon the coffee outlet promoted by GCC is an awesome taste and Aroma is also good. But gradually the quality deteriorating.
