Staff at the reception and the watchman and the room boys were all very polite and well mannered.
The AC room we stayed in was very good, clean....maybe washroom maintenance can be a little better.
The Aepy bakery they maintained by their family also has some excellent stuff.

This hotel is surprisingly very neat & clean. I had booked a 3 bed A.C. suite which cost me just 2100 rupees..........!!! Now that is good value for money.
