Having worked in healthcare overseas, I noticed the expertise and professionalism of the staff of Aradhana was of international standards. I was impressed with the standard of care offered to my relative for a recent cataract surgery, with excellent outcome, for very reasonable rates. The kindness and compassion of the staff was exceptional. True to their name, this institution worships and honours God through their service.

A jewel in the crown of God's own Country. Dedicated team of highly qualified doctors, backed up by an excellent team of staff, motivated and compassionate. Once you reach there the team takes over and everything works like clockwork. The overall atmosphere is soothing and comforting. Doctors patiently clear your doubts and anxieties. Altogether a superb place for all your ophthalmic concerns.

Reception staffs are very arrogant...I don't think it's a not for profit hospital.

Before 2 months - My mother in law happened to conduct her cataract and glaucoma surgery as recommended by the senior doctor at Aradhana and she had no vision in that eye for almost 1.5 months. She had good vision before this surgery. Pure act of negligence from the doctor. Ideally if the doctor foresaw a complication in the surgery he should have given proper counselling to the patient as well as the bystanders about the outcome of the surgery beforehand/ in advance. In reality what happened is after the surgery the patient realised that she had no vision and approached the doctor for review and then she was explained the outcome and complication of surgery. The trauma and anxiety she was going through was unexplainable. After 2 months this is our feedback - we visited the hospital for further reviews. The doctor revisited the case and post 2 more operative procedures in last 2 weeks the eyesight has been restored. We are thankful and grateful for the service provided by the doctor and staff. We are also very happy to realise that the hospital has taken the google review seriously and the patient has been given utmost care after reading our previous review.

ARADHANA EYE HOSPITAL Manacaud Trivandrum I am Dr. Sara Varghese, 87 years Retired principal MC Kottayam and was at Aradhana for a cataract surgery. Aradhana has a national accreditation ( NABH ) I loved the VISION and MISSION statement at the entrance ; with signs , and clear directions with patient education pamphlets too. The hospital is linked to VSSC, CGHS - and many such organisations for reimbursement. The place was very neat and hygienic . An amazing patient friendly experience during my cataract surgery. The staff predominantly well trained young women who are smart, warm, energetic and extremely patient friendly This includes the friendly security lady at the parking space . From each phase to the next I never felt lost and lonely as the friendly staff come along just on time to lead you on. The explanations for patient education were so vital and useful and was complemented by the instructions. And finally the doctors were very communicative and understanding. A very Big special Thank U to Dr Philip Kuruvilla and his amazing team.

I have visited Aradhana eye hospital manacaud third time. Once we enter the clinic, there is a ticket counter,and a supervisor treat us with horrible experience. Ticket recording system remind us stone age, a poor man is recording data manually each time you visit the clinic provide people to wait for long time just recording details. One who looks like a supervisor stands behind him act as head of the institution and shamelessly telling people to wait because of single person manually recording the whole data. The rest of the system is acceptable, they are making money not using sword atonce, by s blade and slowly calling 3 to four times and charging more than the sword. Making money in diplomatic way...horrible

From outside this hospital looks like a home.However I visited this hospital previous year for medical certificate.Today also I visited for same purpose.The entire procedure for getting certificate exactly same as previous.I felt a homely atmosphere however somewhat congested but it's ok.Dr.Chinnu Mary Abraham,very Co-operative and understanding personality.I don't know about the treatment but I really happy with the hospitality as many hospitals simply taking too much money for unnecessary things,for me this hospital found to be a good one for medium class people needs. Cons 1) Lighting found to be dull may be due to interior wall colour. 2)No boards showing any details of eye like,how to care your eyes,Display of eye cross-section,new eye treatment techniques etc
