Disappointing Stay, Overpriced and Unsatisfactory I must say it was a big disappointment. Not only was the hotel heavily priced, but it failed to meet even the most basic expectations.I strongly advise against staying here. The hotel is overpriced and does not deliver the expected level of comfort and quality. Save yourself the disappointment and look for alternative accommodations that offer better value for your money.

A good hotel for families in Kottayam The rooms are nice and tidy. Staff provided with good service. One idea is for the personnel to approach clients with a more customer-facing attitude.

Room no clean bathroom also very bad service. Reciption staff conduct not good. My family also not happy. Room no water,ac also not working

overall stay was decent enough. easy to reach from Kottayam station and located in main area. only the receptionist guy attitude was a problem. not opening mouth for our question. only actions and head knocks which is not a good sign on treating guests.

it was nice experience spending a night there. everything was fine except that it would be nice if you place a jug of water or a water bottle in every room. we didn't get water.

overall stay was okay, but the bed sheet had stains and when asked for 2 towels, gave 1 towel and a 1 bedsheet to use as towel, which was very dissapointing.

1. The location is around 3 Km from the railway station. 2. Better order from swiggy as there are not many good restaurants around the area. 3. In the room you get a bed with dirty sheets, TV, side table, desk and chair, dressing table and attached bathroom with heater. 4. The rooms are clean except the bedsheets. There are stains on the sheets felt like it wasn't changed. 5. Few rooms don't have locks for the bathroom. The main doors are also very flimsy and difficult to close 6. The service is the worst, they don't even care if you raise an issue. I had to convince the caretaker to change the sheets where you usually expect them to accept their fault and change it themselves. 7. They don't give water bottle unless you ask for it. It's included so please ask for it. 8. Don't use the bathroom towels they provide unless you want fungal infections by the time you check out. Wouldn't recommend for families.

Rooms are reasonably spacious, well maintained, neat and tidy. Geyser, LG brand AC, 30" LED tv, wardrobe with a 4' mirror, one side table with chair, two bedside panels with drawers are provided. Toilet with bathroom is clean. No lift.Seniors will find it bit difficult to reach the upper floor room. Parking by road side. No resturant. No hotels nearby. One dhaba nearby serve parotha and nonveg in a most unhealthy and unhygienic way without any taste. Never recommend to have food from there. Receptionist told Zomato services are available for food. Other than the issue of food and lift I didn't face any problem. Ofcourse I didn't have my own vehicle to park.
