Review for Arabian sea place No room door number Lock is small easy to break so safety of valuable is a concern No daily house keeping service neither they came and asked me - pathetic isn't it?? No hot water because no geyser - be ready to take cold water bath even in rainy and winter season Bathroom door does not lock - that's difficult if it's a family, for couples never mind!! Bathroom lighting many lights don't work- shaving trimming beard is very difficult poor lighting No free water bottles- not even 1 complimentary water bottle nor provision for drinking water is kept in the premises Toliteries they give only soap, no brush n toothpaste No one to be found in reception all the time- always its look like abandoned complex... don't forget to see the fan in the reception no blades at all No phone in the room for you to make calls to reception No glasses to drink water also in room Wi-fi strength is very very poor. It's better you use your own phone mobile data. Ideally if you want to waste your money please go here. There are 100 reasons not to go here. Genuine stay review from me, I stayed for 6 nights here. Beautiful room, big windows with beautiful view, huge balcony, very helpful staff. I'm happy to find this place for new year eve, even decided to stay here longer
It takes a minute to get to the beach from here, the location is amazing. Waking up in the morning, having breakfast on the balcony and having a sea view... beautiful! The rooms are very nice and spacious, with air-con for extra charge - but reasonable prices. + Great restaurant and ice-cream place right next door.
the room is at its basic, large room, nice if ur solo traveler, 10 steps to the beach and good place to eat food. no bottle water in room or any other facility, people who are driving in car, be prepared parking charges, as the property do not have free car parking. Amazing beach, photography at it's best.. basic hotel in a good budget price.. take it as it comes, relax .....
Worth for the money! Very good rooms and services. Staffs are really friendly. The morning complimentary breakfast was not that good, buT adjustable. It should improve. Parking is a little problem. We should walk 15om from parking area. BT its a common problem for all hotels near the beach. Bcoz no vehicles were allowed in beach. Anyway our family enjoyed very much. Thank you.
I booked for a room with balcony n went, this guy the owner told he can give me another ground floor room only n told if I want i can take.. While conversing he was using abusive words n telling he is local goon n can do anything to people who talk against him. The staff found there were drunk n was abusing the ladies around.. I doubt the positive reviews were put by him only as the place deserves no good review. Horrible experience.. I tried to complain to local police, but this guy was found a local mafia guy. I advice all those who plan to look for some other hotel for stay and avoid this.. It's very bad. I had to cancel n return. Pls don't book this hotel
Wrong place was alloted. Photos shows only 40% sincearity.No reception was at the place.It was inside a conjusted area. Parking was too long from the place. We had to call for someone if we need a help, no security or no care taker.Floor was wet and moisture during night and no one was there to clean.No water was provided. Fragrance was too bad.Beadspreads also was of local quality.Totally disappointed. Pictures satisfies only that of beach images. Also even to check out we needed to phone someone. And also they demand full amount (one day)during check in. Planned to stay for two days but did our check out at very next morning. Really bad experience. No idea how they have positive reviews.
transactions are not transparent,think twice before booking a room in this property. I have booked a non AC double room facing beach. Owner allotted a room in the ground floor with out any ventilation, same complained and asked me to take another room in another property for I have to pay extra Rs 500 ,that room was on the top of property where it was too hot to stay which again complained owner asked me to pay another Rs.400, all together I have paid 2100 Rs plus parking Rs 60, First of all very difficult to reach to parking place if you are in a sedan. parking place to property around 900 meters distance, on enquiry I understood that better property for half the price is available...
