Mr. Akshad has proven the hospitality. Great experience. All things which a corporate person wants is here. Rest everything is at it's own place. Perfect. And about Saudhasatya, i thought he is on role because he was doing perfect things. But by being a trainee, he has done great job. He must get a good platform like this hotel.

Excellent service and housekeeping is perfect just like a five star . Housekeeping and services are wonderful , Ms Sushila provides you with all amenities and her work is remarkable . The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities I could have asked for.

I am staying here for about a month and the overall experience is awesome. Food is delicious , rooms are clean. If you are more towards gym and pool, right place for you. Rooms are very neatly maintained by housekeeping staff : Gloria Subba. She is very sweet and kindhearted,from the very beginning day she took care of housekeeping for my room and she make sure that everything is at its right place. Overall a great experience.

I don't have words for the staff behavior and their services, rooms are so spacious and with a small kitchen which is so good specially when you have a kid and want to cook Maggie or tea. Wifi speed,cleaning fresh air with balcony and Mr.Meen Thapa and Suraj who were on reception services were very gentle and very good in behavior. They helped me in a lot.very good facilities. One should must stay

I would highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent and especially the food and kindness of chef Hardev deserves special recognition. Rooms were clean and spacious. I will definitely come again.

Nice hotel in pune city. Hotel have gym, swimming pool, etc Rooms are big and staff is very helpful. Food taste is delicious and tasty. Good options for breakfast. Service is fast .

Very bad experience. Not at all happy with the service. It says its a 4 star hotel but does not live upto the mark. No toiletries provided in the room. Called room service twice thrice but they just neglect you. The pictures shown on various websites are different than the actual place. Got stuck twice outside the room. Need to call for every single thing.

This is second time we are staying here in this year .... Services you get here are the best they will make sure you are comfortable .... Floor staff Sushila was great at her job and was very kind to keep our room up to date every day .... Restaurant staff appu is also very helpful and made sure we have proper breakfast..... Few thing which are still the same since our last visit is lack of communication of reception staff with corporate booking .... Check in and check out takes very long ..... shift changes and staff is juggling for bills.... payment is done or not if done they are not updated and all .... And kitchen or chef .... Fried thing in breakfast smells of reused oil and watermelon sometimes smells of onions ( happen in last visit and again it happen in this trip ) chef today's special menu is same since last 5 days
