Looking at the budget point, this hotel is very good, neat and clean, staff was cooperative. We had a day stay, none issues, rooms were good, comfortable, breakfast was inclusive, though had to walk a little to another hotel of their's where breakfast was arranged... have vehicular parking, though limited to 4-5 vehicles... it's very close to the Kanyakumari temple and sight seeing points, so could do multiple times to and fro from the market.
Great budget hotel. Minimum amenities but everything was clean. Definitely value for money. Also very close to the beach and the various points. They also had parking space.
Booked online through Make My Trip last July. Check-in process was smooth. Room was in neat and clean condition. Only walk-able distance to main attractions in Kanyakumari. Parking space available. No food available. But lot of restaurants available nearby. Overall good experience.
The Hotel is Neat And Clean. They provide Soaps, towels,2 extra small pillows and packaged water, Ac rooms. Hygiene is absolutely Awesome. The restrooms/bathrooms are very clean. The atmosphere is Okay because there is no Enough space the area is a bit congested and parking is limited, There is no Restaurant attached in this hotel.
Room was smelly, no proper room spray. No restaurant in it. For booked breakfast has to visit other tie up hotel and has to wait for our turn as room was small.
I stayed at this hotel room for a night and it was awesome! The room was super clean, bed was comfy, and the washroom was clean. Loved the cozy vibe and the detail. Only downside was the meh view & parking was full, but everything else was spot on. overall awesome experience!
AR Residency Kanyakumari is a sister concern of Hotel Temple Citi. The location of hotel is excellent as it's from walking distance from the nearby attractions. There is parking available. The rooms are well lit very spacious and has all modern amenities. The bathroom are also equipped with best amenities and spacious. There's 24 hrs running hot water. Rooms and bathrooms both are very clean and very well maintained.There is lift facility also. Breakfast is served on the top floor from where you can get ocean view. Breakfast has lot of variety and is tasty. The staff and service is very good. Had booked around 10 rooms and there were no complaint in any room. Very comfortable stay with all modern facilities. High value for the price you pay.
We had a pleasant stay. overall good experience. Only disappointment is the Wifi - no network for wifi at all otherwise it was a good stay and welcoming staff. Terrace had a beautiful view with breakfast though items were limited.Food was tasty.
