I enjoyed my visit to the Old Towne Ar Rahman Cafe today. The atmosphere was great and I could tell that it was a newly opened showroom. I decided to order coffee and Varki, and I was pleasantly surprised with how good they tasted. Additionally, I tried the biscut and found it to be worth the money. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this tea shop to others.
This cafe coffee and tea tastes unique. A go to spot in Pallavaram if you are looking to have a nice beverage and a chit chat with ur frienda
Discovering that a cafe is dishonestly mixing milkmaid (condensed milk) into regular milk is highly disappointing and unacceptable. This deceptive practice not only compromises the authenticity of the beverages but also raises serious ethical concerns. Customers expect transparency and honesty when it comes to the quality of ingredients used in their food and drinks. Deliberately incorporating cheaper substitutes undermines trust and reflects poorly on the cafe's integrity. Such deceptive practices can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a negative impact on the cafe's reputation. It is essential for cafes to uphold ethical standards and provide genuine products to their customers. If you've experienced this issue, it's advisable to bring it to the attention of the cafe's management or ownership, as they should be made aware of the concerns raised by customers. Honest feedback can prompt corrective actions and ensure a more trustworthy and satisfactory experience for all patrons.
Tea taste great, samosa and Varkey also good. No indoor seating, just two outdoor standing tables.
It's okay to have a nice place to have chai at night time!
One of the best Irani chai and they are open at late night until 2 pm on the Pallavaram main road Try. Service is good
Ar Rahman Cafe opposite to Singapore Shoppee has become the talk of the town(Pallavaram) literally.. In a short span they have managed to charm the tea lovers in the locality thanks to their hyderabadi irani chai which is a rarity in this part of the city.. They do serve hyderabadi irani chai along with samosas, osmania, butter and moon biscuits.. Also available are varkey and Malaai.. The Chai priced at 10rs is the best hands down... One of the top in chennai.. But do try them in early evening as with time the tea gets diluted.. The only con in terms of food.. The Samosas, Varkey and biscuits are valuable sides to the tea.. Had Malai for the first time which was priced at 25rs.. But sadly its not the thick froth from the top but is mixed with the burnt froth that settles in the bottom too.. As such the taste is average.. Ppl who love burnt taste will like this.. If Not add some sugar and have it.. Also top it on a toast to relish it completely.. We did visit them during the first week and found it quite close to the tea available in hyderabad.. As told by hyderabadi ppl.. But nevertheless a valuable addition to the food scene in pallavaram.. Jam packed in evenings so plan accordingly.. In times of corona plz be cautious.. But an outlet worth visiting for tea lovers..
Normally i don't drink tea outside my home due to declined quality of tea. Today I had cup of tea which is surely compliment the taste buds. I ordered second cup of tea, the price is very much the same as any normal tea stall.

This is a fantastic spot for a family meal out. Boffle Cafe at 98 Shivalaya Building on Ethiraj Salai in Chennai is a delightful culinary gem that has captured my heart. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere,
Amazing designer who customise and tailors the pieces so well ! The work she does is completely handmade and the outcome is really perfect. The blouses fit me beautifully and there was no alterations required.
