I am feeling very good by joining AR fitness gym centre . Our respected trainer Sonu sir guide each one of us properly.
The gym is clean and well equipped.The trainers are best over here. I've been training with Rabindra Sir for the past 3 months and I've had good results so far. Rabindra Sir is very knowledgeable, he properly evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger. Additionally, he pushes you beyond your limit to help you achieve your fitness goals. I highly recommend him as a trainer!
Its one of the coolest gym, they have all the equipments. The package is also nominal. The best part is the trainer as they are very friendly and they will never leave you behind. Specially Ajay da, he is very helpful.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
