This is really a good store. One of the best in Bangalore. The fish here are not the common ones found in India, they are all imported or natives of other countries who are far better originals of the copies in India. The shop has brilliant collection of fish food and above all you have good medicines which are way better than most of the stores in Bangalore.

A good collections of fishes and plants .Especially in cichlids varieties. Got some plants and some guidelines on planted tanks as I was fresher to planted aquariums . Should wait n see how well these plants grow based on his instructions .
Pathetic Service - I am cursing myself why I gave them so much business, Since many years I have given them business & always paid to their expensive products & service charges without any hiccups & duly respected to their every single advices, until last year I was somehow getting service, but now I do not see the quality of service from the owners, neither they have been prompt in receiving customer calls nor bothered to keep the customer updated, at times I have called them multiple times & it went unanswered - Is this the way to be treated for an esteemed customer, who is giving business from so many years ? Every time I have supported when their is delay or any issue from them, last time also I was supplied expiry sinking food & somehow I managed to keep my patience & got it replaced, but this time I am facing serious problems on my Fluval 407 filter purchased from this store (I was promised to be taken care with extended warranty - I paid additional amount for extended warranty to Vijay) now from last couple of months/weeks I am requesting to send some engineer for my fluval 407 service (Filter is not working properly, water is cloudy) - I am only getting one statement, no persons/staff to send. I am surprised how these people running the show without staff, moreover couple of days back I received the last message from Nancy stating " I can't give you the service" - Very Very Disappointed & hurted badly, Never expected !! They have broke my trust which I had on this store.

Please, do check the products what you in online or nearby pet shops you could find the same for half the price or even lessor , I started a planted tank hobby they literally looted me , i paid twice the price for the light substrate even canister filter ADA soil , and even rocks please check few places before visiting them... Reply for that I have all the proofs that i made to the store using Vijay Aquaverse gpay and card . .. it was not recently purchased but when deeply researched abt the products you sold to me was way way cheap
