A great place in terms of Aquariums and fish. I had a problem of my Gold Fishes dying very frequently. Spoke to these people and they guided me through how to take care of the issue and now everything is fine

As I read all the reviews it was mentioned that he has experience of 20 years in same field. And he himself mentions it .Good to run a shop with s such a good experience. Appreciate for the same. But the way I got response for my query doesn't shows yur experience in hospitality. Even your feedback to all reviews states it... As I am not a such experienced like you for 20 years, but still we know something about fish and quality of Aquarium tanks . Person who served me at store was awesome, but person whom I contacted on phone was a so tough. He doesn't gives importance to customers. I hope he his the se guys gives response to all feedbacks.. By responding back to all reviews rough doens't mean your perfect in all ways. My suggestion you serve a good products but don't loose customer by bad hospitality or response. Try to be a honesty... We have enough aquarium shop in and around Kochi for all products . Many breeders for all fishes.. If people's comes to know about it and start searching for it would be a big loose for business like you.. Any way thanks for the support given on time of purchase, but I never like to visit your shop again.

Bad quality fish with very high price. They have betta fish(fighter fish) for 200 something that just cost me about 50 in another shop. They had not cleaned dead guppies from the tank and also the Oscars are quiet ill. They do have some good aquarium accessories but the fish there are mostly I'll and uncared.

Very good service and reasonable price. Fish selection is less. Oscar fish is available. Mainly concentrating on fish tanks and food. The staff is very friendly and explains lots of things about aquarium.

I feel that they were awesome estimated rate for building a new aquarium very cheap cost aquarium but very long lasting and 3 years service has been provided for any kind of large aquarium of 150 centimetres.

Poor hospitality and poor customer service from the management side.. I won't ever again recommend this shop to any of my dear ones.
