Aqua Retreat - Resort hotel in Falta, Shyamsundarpur - 24 Paraganas South, India

Very cool and calm place and idle for a family visit. We enjoyed a nice eve with baul song arranged by the resort. It is recommended for family outing and we enjoyed the view.The resort is located at the bank of river and the hotel stuff behaviour is very polite. This location is recommended.

Food was not up to the mark ...we have ordered some fish item which were not fresh, it had a peculiar smell but the chicken preparations were good. Room was spacious, and clean. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. The property is picturesque and beside Ganges, so it was a nice day out for us

I booked Aqua Retreat, Falta for two nights to celebrate our marriage anniversary. Rooms are of premium quality, services of the young staffs are quite good and they are really cooperative. Cuisine for lunch, snacks are extraordinarily tasty, mouthwatering with sufficient quantity. Infact we were so amazed with the taste, quantity and the quality of food that while returning home, we met the cook/chef personally, thanked him and praised him a lot.

A most wonderful experience! A great way to relax and put your feet up. Food is nice, but the Chinese is simply superb! Just a constructive tip. Bathrooms are excellent, but for the sake of elderly people like us, would be safer with handrails/grips.

Best part of the trip, they served narkel Nadu as we checked out as a sweet send off. It was a very thoughtful and sweet gesture. The view and everything about this place is gorgeous. All the rooms have the beautiful view of the Ganges. Very warm hospitality and friendly staff.

The place is very beautiful along with swimming pool facilities. The main attraction is all the rooms are river side view room . The staff behaviour is awesome specially Tanmoy. He is caring guest in a very good way . His behaviour is also very good.when ever we need anything we use to call him for any kind of service. It was my birthday trip which was arranged by my wife and tanmoy arranged everything with a very beautiful way . I was really surprised with whole arrangements. The cake the decoration everything was perfect. And I am pretty sure it was not possible without Tanmoy. There food quality is also very good specially chicken spegghitty. They maintain swimming pool in a regular basis. If you want to make your day special like birthday, anniversary you should book this one without any hesitation.

Special thanks for arranging Baul artists in the evening and keeping us engaged. What impressed me was that all the staff members were young, energetic and smiling. They carry-on their responsibility well. The open air dining area was beautifully positioned. All digital payments modes were available like card payments or through QR Code. I would always like to recommend it to others.
