AQNI - Indian restaurant in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Hi...went for lunch to Aqni. Had the kutchi memon mutton biryani and chicken biryani. The mutton biryani was good, both the rice and the meat. Place was not crowded and we had a decent meal.

Aqni is one of the quieter but lovely places around the area where you can go in for some good Biryani as well as Chinese options! Their starters are lovely but a bit overpriced for the quantities that they serve! However, the ambience is good and the service is a little slow here! Overall would recommend to visit and have an experience yourself

Dine in facility & ambiance is good. We tried few dishes, among that Cripsy chicken & Lemon chicken were good. Chicken Biryani was an average. Caramel pudding was worst. Pls don't try the pudding, it's waste of money. Over all it was a good restaurant for family outing and good food. Waiter service could have been better, they seem to be lethargic.

The food is very good and decent. I went two times and tried butter naan and veg curries. All these are exceptional in taste compared to the price they charge . The price is decent and worth it. You can definitely try once. I tasted only vegetarian cuisine.

I've been eating at this place for 8 years. My fav was Rogan gosh and biryani. But I tried their chicken Manchurian and biryani. Their mutton biryani was nice their very lite biryani has changed. I mean their masala is fine a little higher. I would like to try another 2 to 3 times to see if it's really up to the mark. But still i would rate them 4 stars The reason was the taste. The mutton was well cooked but both the pieces were bone and not much flesh. The biryani cost 299. They had given thick ritha and bigan ka bartha. It was a good combo.

Aqni was an interesting place to stumble on. I was actually looking for some take out and read some review here that brought me here and I am super glad it did. This is a great place to grab biriyani and shawarma. Take-Out: (4/5) The wait time was not much given that biriyani's are usually already in preparation. And the shawarmas were getting ready as I reached so them adding a couple more took very little time. Food: (4/5) The marinate that is being used for the shawarma is great as it has both a tangy and yet spicy flavour to it. Additionally there was both a regular mayo and a spicy mayo mix. This heightened the flavour even more. Really enjoyed the shawarma. Just ensure you consume it hot. Post getting slightly cold the flavours really lose potency. Summary: (4/5) Good place for a takeout. Quick service with flavourful food. Worth the visit.

This joint has an entrance where their quick take away counter and kitchen is front-facing and with a staff member at the entrance usually manning a counter. For a restaurant that is UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE you'd expect people there to speak a little politely and with respect. Instead, they usually talk as if they don't really care if you order or takeaway from them. This is especially the behavior from the fat man in a beard who usually sits outside in the evenings. Also, the one time I choose to order a mutton biryani from them out of curiosity to know why they are so expensive, I HATED IT!! It's so different from tradionally made delicious biryani and was weird with even the rice all white. This place is just hype....all boast with no roast.

a must try resturant if u on HBR Layout. the place is decent but the food is amazing. their kutchi memon biryani is worth a try. also did try their starters, roti's nd curry. its all good never dissapointed so far. thr carrot halwa and dal sweet u might like it.
