Good place to work out. Gym just shifted and starts operating from last week of Jan 18. Gym located on 3rd n 4th floor of building (Elevator not starts yet). Gym equipments are good and most importantly Trainers are best in this location (compare to other gym). U will get Steam rooms,cardio,weight training,cross fit training in Just Rs5000 per year. Entire 3rt floor dedicated for cross fit,cardio and ledies change/steam room. Where u will avail weight training, Gents Change/steam room on 4th floor. I have attended 2-3 others gym in this area but found this one best among.

Worst ...ever.....Trainers are not qualified a short information they have dont know to manage excersie as per persons boday weight and muscel issue .... This gym should be closed for ever ans they should take action against the gym owner and manager

Best place to workout, best experienced trainers, get best diet plans for both body building as well as weight loss. One of the best gym in virar.

Don't join this gym I lost my 1000 rs from my bag in gym two times and when I asked to check CCTV camera then they said tomorrow will show you (I asked 4-5 times),but still I am waiting for their tomorrow.

Why I liked becuz trainer are good instrument are available Nd service is also really good
