Very good pen store where you could get varities of fountain and roller ball pens along with ink-pots. Unique point of this shop is that not only you would be able to touch and feel fountain pens but also able to write to check the suitability. If you buy fountain pen elsewhere you will not opportunity to write/test it. The price of the pen is very competitive,in fact, less than many shops in the mall

I wanted to repair my Waterman Carene Fountain Pen cap clip. Visited the store to enquire. They said that they would send it to their workshop and inform if it is reparable or not and the cost for approval. After more than 2 weeks when i did not hear from them, I visited the store and they said it is ready. To my utter shock and surprise they did a shabby job of using some kind of glue / adhesive to stick the clip to the cap. The golder polish of clip was also partially gone. Overall pathetic service and no ownership of their own fault. Not recommend for valuable pen repairs.

One of the most famous and well known places for watches and pens im south mumbai ...... has a good collection of both ....... with reference to my discussion with a few collectors of pens and watches, the genuineness of the products sold here is in doubt......but for a layman this place is great also taking into consideration the pricing

As a fountain pen user, especially Bharat made Fountain pens, am totally disappointed. They had only Click 3-1 and eyedropper fountain pens. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BHARAT CUSTOM MADE FOUNTAIN PENS, AVOID THIS SHOP, they have nothing to offer. I did not care to check on Videshi fountain pens, you may try contacting their land line - which they never attend or care to pick up. Excellent experience. I have 4 hero fountain pen which I had not used since 24 years, inks all dry up. I thought it will never back to life. I had been here with these pen, they fix them all at very reasonable price. Thanks you a lot. True service I got.

It is a very old shop at Fort Mumbai for pens and watches. I have been buying regularly pens, refills for ball point pens. You get good quality pens at a reasonable price. Watches are other products they sell here. Service is good. Location is good, at a corner, visible from many sides.

Zero courtesy and lacks customer service skills. I went looking out for a fountain pen which should have a good weight. They could show me just 1. That's fine. They don't have variety but they seemed least bothered to even talk. Besides that I checked their pricing vis a vis amazon.in. they are selling pens at higher price. It's better to shop from William penn which has all the greater brands and customer service is just way too good unlike these illiterate people.
