Stay is very pleasant, Room quality is very good. Cleanliness is Maintained properly. Service is within time.Need improvement in breakfast items.More attention should be paid to the quality of cooking (oil etc), making process (poha-wada), as the breakfast was not of that level according to hotel quality.I rated 5 star for rooms quality, hyginess and supportive staff.and for breakfast 3.5 star.breakfast is good but according to the hotel, everyone's desire is more.
Never recommend to book this property. 1. Service Very Poor 2. Accessories like hair dryer and moisturizer not available 3. Staff is very slow as they work like slaves.

Restaurant manager SHUBHAM is untrained & rude. He will search for excuses & victim shame the Customer for not doing his(Shubham's) job. Plus the menu is extremely limited & their operating window is very limited Come here only if you are prepared to eat out.
Rooms are good, clean and spacious. Swimming pool is there but you can only access if you have swimming costumes. Food is very expensive. You can have meal at MYT cafe, it is in the same building. Subarat from the staff was really very helpful. Kudos to him for making stay very good.
