Location is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is near & clean. Best part is roof top restaurant.. My overall experience is very good.

Very bad hotel it was a nightmare dont book this hotel their staff is also very rude and unprofessional and they charge Rs400 for towel and rooms have bad smell and they misbehave with their customers very much and they dont respect their customers please never ever go there worst ever experience.

Very bad service, if you book rooms with breakfast then you will get only poori sabji as breakfast..and for tea you have to call multiple times... Do not book this hotel..you have many other good hotels in that price range.....

Hi I stayed on 5th Sep. But rthis time worst rooms given to me....I raised issue with goibibo at night and they promised to resolve this...but they are not able to resolve. I were not slept properly entire night.... Morning I checkout and kept my luggage in reception. Once I back from office around 4:30. Then manager came and said why you given wrong review in this . I said no wrong rives and he was shouted and said ""DHAKKE MAR KE BAHAR KAR DUNGA AGAR TU MERI IS HOTEL YA MERI 3 HOTOLON ME SE KISI 1 ME B AAYA TO.........TUJHE ENTRY NAHI LENE DUNGA...... SAME QUERY I HAVE RAISED WITH GOUBIBO AND WAITING FOR ACTION..OTHERWISE GO FOR CONSUMER FORUM. I AM ATTACHING THE ROOMS PHOTO... Regards Alok Pandey Room no 308

My experience over there was fine, For this price, it is worth staying and most importantly the staff was polite and humble and over all services were good
