Best home food in Changanacherry... Pros- Kerala meals @ Rs.75( May 2023) including fish fry. Lot of extra side dishes to choose including beef and fish varieties. Small fish fry( Podi vara costed me Rs.50) Quality is amazing & fresh. Location is easy to reach on the AC road just minutes from town. Takeaway (Parcel) is available. Shop opens at 7.30am and close by 3pm. Cash and QR code payments accepted. Cons- Don't expect any star experience! Lunch time can be very busy and no measures to control crowd. Often people waiting next to your table for your seat. Just one room for everyone,no privacy, interior is dark, lighting needs improvement. Washing area hygiene also needs improvement. Employees trying their level best but due to large crowds you may not get a positive experience. Food orders from waiter to the kitchen is just a shout!!

This eatery is very popular among the people for its food. Dishes are tasty. It will be difficult to get a seat in peak times. But the staffs are very hardworking and supportive. They don't have a variety of dishes like in new gen Chinese restaurants. But their dishes have a natural flavor. Their highlight is lunch. Travellers and regular customers prefer to have lunch from here. It is a nice, simple and budget restaurant for everyone.

Awesome food in budget at Changanaserry. We will get meals including fish fry, fish curry, Meenpodi with all other veg sides in just 70RS. And you can get extra rice and sides in any quantity free of cost. We can have tasty beef and kakka roast/fry also based on availability with extra payment. The only concern was spacing since its a small room, have to wait in rush time to get a seat. Recommended for everyone who loves tasty Kerala meals. Ladies and children can also choose dine in option but only if you are okay with too much crowd.

Nice homely food.. never expect star hotel standard here.. it's a typical village hotel which gives tasty, typical kerala food at very low rate compare to other.... meals has only 60 rs which is very less compare to the menu and rate of other hotels... Staffs are very polite and friendly.. especially the owner.. Only negative I spotted here is the size of the room. Due to a small room and rush of people , we may feel some discomfort .. and washing facility should improve also.
