Appu home stay - Hotel in Hampi - Ballari, India

Had a great stay with my wife and 3 year old son. The place is well located with all attractions nearby. Ragu has been a great host and helped with arranging for a bike on rent, great breakfast and dinner and even allowed us to early check in and late checkout. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Its a cozy place at a very affordable rate. Small rooms but absolutely comfortable to rest after a long day at Hampi. Appu is a great host. Love their tea. There is also a local canteen in walkable distance where you get great local breakfast. I loved this place and will suggest it anyday. Parking space is limited but Appu will help. Its not a hotel but a homestay so expect only that

Raghu Anna was very polite and is a very good host. The food provided in the home stay was also very tasty.

Location near market and main Virupaksha temple. Small parking available. Rooms are clean & well-maintained. Rates are very affordable and pocket friendly. The owner Raghu is very humble. All the locations are near to hotel at a walkable distance. The food is available & the quality is good at reasonable prices. Overall a nice experience and recommended whenever in Hampi.

We had never imagined such a well thought and nicely done and well maintained. The highlight of Appu homestay is amazing home food prepared by them. Myself and my friend kept hogging so much delicious food. Raghu himself is a very helpful person, guided us where to go and how to see hampi. The room has nice interiors, well maintained and no issues what so ever. There's a green field next to Appu homestay. Compared to any hotels or so, I would recommend this place for their great hospitality and yummy mouth watering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Appu homestay- the best thing is the location. 100meters walking to virupaksha temple, situated near to hampi bazar. Major attractions are near by, auto stand is nearby overall best location to stay if you don't want to spend much on travelling as you get many options to book auto, bycicle or bus stand is also close by. No need to worry about food as they have inhouse restaurant situated at the roof or there are many nearny options too. We have stayed in Ac and non ac room both. Ac room is preferable. Non ac room situated in ground floor and big enough for 4 to 5 people ( it has bedroom, hall and washroom and bathroom are separated) , ac room situated on first floor- good for two people comes with an balcony. Hot water is available, wifi too. First floor room has little wifi connectivity issue. They provide towel, no toiletries provided. Owner is really helpful, he also helped us in planning our hampi travel. I believe he suggested correc plan according to our preference and which can save our money too. Overall it was nice experience staying here. Highly recommended.

I have visited hampi 3 times . I have booked the rooms in this hotel everytime and had a good experience. Rooms are very comfortable and food quality is also good . Owner is very friendly and more than happy to plan your trip for you according to your stay duration. They can arrange the Auto and Guide for you as well. The hotel is located in prime area , very near to virupaksha temple and market. Walkable distance. Room Rent is affordable. Overall good experience.
