Appoos - Ice cream shop in Kannur - Kannur, India

Had a appoos special falooda... Putt ice cream... And a scoop of strawberry ice cream... Decent ice cream, nothing much ....just heard a lot about the shop but it was all just over hype :) But nothing bad... Just didn't keep up to my expectation

There was a time in the past when they served good items and service to the customers. Last i visited on April 27, 2023 was totally a different experience than the past. The guy who serves at the tables behaved like i went there to get some free dishes. He was not properly communicating, the item i asked for got delivered very late. Usually they used to give a glass of water along with the main dish, he was not even listening when i was asking for that. The worst was not that, i asked him for napkin / tissue paper at the time when i placed the order. He gave 'half' of a single tissue paper fold( photos attached) along with dish that also missing it's sides (that is the only piece of paper he gave on that purchase). The item taste/ serving was below average. Very poor service. Will never visit this place again.

It's my favourite ice cream place since childhood and they have maintained it very well. Try their caramel chocolate. It still tastes the same after so many years.

Have been going here for years. There are several new places in town that have mushroomed around, but Appoos has its own charm

Good ice cream parlour. Spacious and air conditioned. Price is also affordable. They have got all varieties including newly launched puttu icecream. Must visit place with family. Parking space is also available.

A decent place for ice cream cravings. They offer a huge variety of icecreams, faloodas, fruit salad etc. The quality they provide is good, the place is clean and have a good ambience, especially in evenings.

Very bad icecream also staffs are not good also all icecream changes more but they serves same type to everyone with icecream flavour and some cornflakes and kadalamuttayi which they put in menu as caramelized nut...its not like old ivecream parlour completely worst experience

Nothing in the menu is available. They said fruit salad is not available. But after five minutes they served fruit salad to other customer. Very poor service. Nearby iceberg parlour is better than this.
