Smelly front with drainage water stagnation. Nice infrastructure. Not fully occupied . I've utilised services like apollo pharmacy, supermarket, amul milk parlour, colour print. Modern laundry, dentist, restraunt, chat center etc also available

The mart daily product are overpriced and people who are taking care of it should more focus on the toilet cleaning as it smells really bad while going to buy something and should focus on water wastage and drainage system.

(1) Difficult to park 4whls of customers/members of Applewoods as Autorickshaws occupy outside parking (2) very poor management of shopping complex. Waterlogged front parking leaking pipes inside Parking of shopping complex opp. Sorrel. Overall very poor short sighted management (3) Street Dogs loitering inside the complex, posing threat to passer-by, customers particularly kids. (4) Applewoods Management interested only in making money by blindly developing lands in township ignoring infrastructure capacity nd requirement of fully developed township which is evident from overflowing gutter main-holes of township near Harmony and Legacy. Management should have known before hand the capacity of drain lines rather than putting people to inconvenience nd posing threat to public health.

The name sounds as if it's a big one but most of the shops are shut down but do have few shops. But it looks a little dull.

ATMOSPHERE WAS GOOD,, FOOD SHOP AVAILABLE , TRAILER SHOP AVAILABLE, 2 MINI MART AVAILABLE , WASHING SHOP AVAILABLE , LOCATION WAS GOOD

A fairly forlorn place owing to some bad planning. Many shops are yet not picked up. Only two-big provisional stores doing alright charging MRP price and yet competed by Bigbasket, Milkbasket and Swiggy but there you generally get the stuff you are looking for. Two medical shops taking after your medical needs. Dairy, Laundry services, vada pav, dabeli, a restaurant, stationery, salon, etc. are also available. One badly maintained toilet frequented by nearby labourers mostly every morning. Security very lenient. This place could have become the bomb for nearby areas at least, catered the entire Applewood society saga, but instead they chose to ignore it like some Lavasa debacle.
