Very good, polite and friendly staff members. Ganesh, manager at the restaurant and Manu provided excellent hospitality. Very good food. I really enjoyed their food. Excellent location, along Baes River. We stayed a total of 3 nights and all of them were very good stays. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to my friends and relatives
This is a beautiful resort with the Beas river flowing right past it. The garden is next to the river and spending time just sitting here is very relaxing. The hospitality is classy and is more like a 5-star resort than a 4-star hotel. Each and every item cooked here is freshly made and amazingly tasty. The staff are very courteous and professional. They catered to each and every need for the 4 days we spent here. We took the meal included package and we were pampered every time with the best of the items. The neighborhood is calm all the time and the tourists can visit the nearby markets and Bhuttico shop to shop high quality woolens to their hearts content. This is probably the finest resort experience I have had so far, and I have been to several Radisson and Mariott resorts but none of them can match Apple valley in warm hospitality. Hope to visit again.

Pathetic food they put ketchup in papdi chaat. I ordered chowpsy it was filled with raw tomatoes and tomato seeds this place used to be very good 5 years ago but now it's a pathetic place. Please avoid
Great location in kullu (apple valley resort), really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the beautiful view. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Food is really awesome as well, specially mutton dish.
Food served here is very spicy. Be careful with non veg dishes.
