Okay, so i was planning to buy an iPhone 14 plus and wanted to upgrade it from my iphone 7 plus. As I entered, the atmosphere was calm. Okay let's not talk about all the unwanted stuff, so the main part, as I came to buy the iPhone, the staff here was really polite and professional and helped me with the details and everything else I needed to know about iPhone 14 plus. There was not even a slight rude behaviour from the management and that's something which is really appreciated. Ishraq and Harsha, from this apple store were really professional. Very poor service. They are more interested in their own apple personal computer. Could sense that they were pre occupied and not very helpful in advising. Bangalore is much better. Here the staff are well dressed but lazy. Not happy with their service or customer care.

Ishrak and Vivek helped me in choosing best MacPro laptop. Both very down to earth and transparent in business. No force, No hide and seek. Answered to all questions with a lot of patience.

The shop has a wide range of products and accessories and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer good, clear information on technical aspects of the products.
