It may be more efficient to purchase directly online from Apple rather than experiencing the inefficient service offered by this store. Update: After receiving a response from the customer service to my initial review, I followed their request and sent an email. However, it's been 15 days with no reply to my email. This leads me to believe that their response was merely for show and not a genuine attempt to address the issue. It appears that taking the action they suggested results in no real follow-up or resolution. I did get a call and the lady on call repeated the same issue without actually providing any solution or attempting to "make up to us" Can't "iMagine"

I have booked the phone on 15 th September and there is no response by apple on 22 nd September. Other electronic stores are able to provide the same phone before them, and imagine is saying we have not received the stock. Earlier the services of Imagine Apple Store was so quick and from last three years. I am getting the phone on time on 22nd September. But this time in the rush of more than 200 people I was standing in the line I was on the first number to book the iPhone 15 Pro max512 gb. Today is 24th September I have not received the phone.
