The receptionist just don't know how to give appointment. Even after taking appointments had to wait for nearly 2 hours. Who so ever is shouting at the receptionist is given priority over the once who take appointment. The owner should treat staff and patients politely. The owner should give printed sheet of paper with seal and date stamp so that receptionist should not be able to manipulate the appointments. Receptionist should be taught how to handle appointments. There are already so many negative feedback regarding the receptionist. It is only because of the good doctor this nonsense is tolerated Dr. Namrita is blessings on earth. Dr Namrita is just excellent doctor
Never ever ever trust this place, never ever go to lab, Diagnostic or anything for that matter. My 86 year old mom fell and we weren't able to lift her, unfortunately this cursed place apple multi speciality(???) Is next door and we begged them to just help in lifting her and give first aid, those ruthless people chased us away saying they cant help. Now i really doubt on medical ethics, oath etc etc. Feeling devastated to live in this type of society.
Very unprofessional receptionist doesn't know how to charge money from patients. They charge as they like even if consultation is not don't. I would not recommend this clinic.
Even if doctors can help... the receptionist of this hospital are not professional and will find ways to charge more money.. Be aware before going to this clinic.

Me and my family have been going to Apple Clinic ever since the clinic started operations. Over the years, We've used the services of paediatricians, general physician, eye doctors and Ent doctor. The staff and doctors are dedicated, helpful and Competent. Dr Namrata Bopanna, ENT specialist , is now a family friend. The ways she explains and treats is one of a kind. Yes there is waiting involved but the way she treats and talks makes it all worth it . She follows up with messages and calls and is genuinely interested in the well being of the patient . This is a rarity in today's world. We are forever in her debt for her sincerity, dedication and care.
No clarity on wait time. Was asked to wait for my turn for 30 mins was in front of doctor after 90 mins. AC never works
