The reception staff did the process too slow, but the doctor available there was good ,the time we had to take the medicine there was no one in there,he took almost 8mins to come ,there was no online payment available there I had to pay with cash and he didn't have change , he told to go and take cash from the reception . The medicine i received did not match from the medicine i was prescribed ,none of them had the same dosage . please don't go to this hospital There are many good hospitals out there

Dr praveen sultana is not Punctual of time if you are in a emergency I won't recommend anyone . Her timing starts from 2pm to 5 pm which means she should be in the hospital between 2pm to 5 pm she walk in to the hospital whenever she want
