Apple Hospital - Private hospital in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

My mother was admitted here for almost 10 days. The service and treatment provided here is Great. The staff is friendly and cooperative and the doctors are really good.Everything was good just wanted one thing to suggest, that It would be great if there is hospital's personel canteen service or food service and the service should be bit fast. Rest everything is awesome !

I have been to apple hospital multiple times for my husband. My husband was admitted in the ICU for his heart condition. Everyone in the hospital is extremely helpful and the treatment given to my husband was also good. Dr Sandeep Muley was polite and extremely patient with our queries, all the nurse in the ICU were cooperative, Dr Alex who has always been there in emergency and Swapnil More helped me with hassle free checkout, Swapnil did a regular follow up with us to check if everything was fine and whether we required anything else. Overall my experience was great and the treatment given was also great.

I am not sure how much they can be trusted on medicines and medical bills, half of the medicines trays may not even be used. I guess that is the story in every private hospital. They delay investigations by giving various reasons and increase stay of patient. Only if you are in dying situation then only visit this hospital otherwise consult any other. The treatment is good but lack of clear explanation on medicines and all is bad. Do not trust them 100%

If you think you have anything more than viral fever or cold and might need admission, please don't even think of going to this place. I was admitted here for weakness and my condition was deteriorating each day. Still the doctors won't visit regularly or on time given my condition. Even though all reports were normal, doctors didn't advice or think of doing any further investigation to diagnose what was wrong with me. Finally when me and my family thought that things are getting worse and out of hand we requested to call some specialist and get me checked. This was on day 4 and even after finding that something was seriously wrong with me after the test, there was no seriousness among the doctors. They didn't even bother to come for round after that and the specialist was about to come after 24hrs of the test. Given the seriousness of my diagnosis the treatment should have started immediately after the test. Finally on the fifth day we took discharge and I was admitted in ICU at Apollo hospital. Still before discharge no doctor came for round to check my condition. The RMOs are out of the world. They kept giving their own logics, instead of advising further tests since blood reports showed no abnormalities. The main doctor never bothered to check on me. The first thing at apple hospital they asked my family was that do you have medical insurance and then they start treatment accordingly. Basically they are here to just make money without trying to diagnose and treat patients condition correctly. I was in Apollo hospital for a week which was cheaper than Apple hospital considering ICU charges and basic medicines. I feel this hospital is like a side business for the management here. They don't really care about the patients. Had the doctors been regular and had they monitored my condition they might have been able to diagnose my issue earlier and I would have been in better condition today. To conclude, I would never recommend this hospital to anybody ever.

It gives me a pleasure to write this testimony of what i have experienced at the apple hospital. All the doctors including Dr Dhanoj gapat,Dr Nitin borle, Dr sandeep muley were extremely sympathetic and admirable personalities to meet.Also Mr. Varun a very energetic and charismatic personality.Even all nursing and supporting staff are very courteous and takes care of all the minute requirements very well.A special thank to Mr. swapnil for being prompt and helping me through all the documentation work in billing counter.

Truly worst service! A patient is in a worst condition and dr chooses to go on a round than seeing a late 50's patient whos been dizzy and vomiting for a while! Dr didn't show up and we had to shift the patient in the same condition to Avdhoot hospital, and there they took less than a second to arrange everything and all services were on time

Had been there for 2D Eco test for my mother, the Doctor Or Technician don't know who was he came 1 hour late and was very rude with patient. Without considering the age of old patients he started arguing like if you want to do test or can go. Is this th behaviour of any Doctor? Shame on him.

The service was appreciable..everything was ok and staff was too good te were accurate on their time...but price should be taken into consideration and the special room size should be maximized
