Sevice is good. The guys seems well educated too, but the guy with specs is quite rude in his behaviour. If we've spent a specific amount of our hard earned money in buying an product, then we also have some doubts related to it, and the way of answering your questions by this guy is quite disruptive and disappointed. Besides that the other guy has a very good nature. It's just that the main guy sitting on the chair behaves well and friendly too.

The only Apple Authorised Service Center in Kota. No Apple standard maintained. The queue coupon machine doesn't work. It's not very clean and maintained. The service also is not up-to the mark. I bought a lightening cable for my iPhone 7plus but that had problem since beginning but the service Center representative always fooled me by saying that the phone got carbon, cleaned it the port and send me back. Every time the cable worked for some time but finally died. Moral of the story-"aNdhoN meN k'aannaa raajaa". If you have choice to go somewhere else, better do that till they improve to Apple standards!

First of all, I really want to say that never ever fall for reviews. You wanna know this place is good or bad ? How is the costumer service ? Are they rude or behave nicely ? Do they help or not ? Please go and check them out. I had a earpiece and battery issue with my Iphone 6 and they handled it like a professional. They even charge so little for the service and the information. A replaced earpiece in 1500 in 1 hr only And a new battery ordered from Bangalore which will take 8-10 working days to arrive and costs 2000 and can be fixed in within 30 mins. They even asked me if I face any more severe issue I can completely replace it. And all these even when my phone was without warranty. The service was great. They were not rude at all and extremely friendly. They gave me a time and completed the work in exact time. I really think most of these reviews are fake. Cause i really had an awesome experience. So, Neither believe them nor Me. Check it out for yourselves.

hello everyone if you are planning to visit this service centre for any of your device then i would suggest that you should definitely drop the idea because they are the most unprofessional people i have ever seen in my life. they just know how to clean parts of your devices nothing more than that . I visited them for 3 to 4 times for having some issues in my iPhone 7 Plus microphone and all the time they use to submit my phone and after a day they use to say it is perfectly fine and there was some dust in microphone that they cleaned . but I was not satisfied with their answer and gave my phone at Some other service centre and they finally recognised the problem and replaced my phone. I think going there is a wastage of time as they are nothing less than sweepers. thank you
