Sent my associates to the store trusting the high rating on Google. The store staff was not only rude, but downright disgusting in their behavior. Right out of the gate, they asked whether the purchasing party's card have enough limits to buy a macbook! The staff also gave no effort to explain the features or downside of the machine, and had a holier than though attitude as if his father is Tim Cook or Steve Jobs himself. On asking for a price match as compared to the iConcept store, he bluntly said, "We don't know. you can go". Who talks like that to a customer in a multi-lakh deal?! This store should be closed down or atleast the jackass on the front desk should be fired. He has no idea how to talk to customers and act as if he is doing you a favor in allowing you to buy a product! Over the next 3 months, we had plans to get over 10 apple items costing over 1L, some over 2L, + accessories! This store will not get our business ever.

I understand that they may be dealing with numerous customers, but a little friendliness and attentiveness would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. Secondly, the store was incredibly overcrowded, making it difficult to navigate and find assistance. The layout seemed poorly designed to accommodate the high number of visitors, which resulted in a chaotic and stressful environment. Moreover, when I finally managed to get someone's attention, the level of knowledge and expertise demonstrated by the staff was underwhelming. I had specific questions about the product I wanted to purchase, but the answers provided were vague and lacked depth. It felt like they were just trying to sell me something rather than truly understanding my needs. Furthermore, the wait times were excessive. Despite having made an appointment, I still had to wait for an extended period before being assisted. This lack of efficiency and respect for customers' time is unacceptable. Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the store was sterile and impersonal. There was no sense of warmth or welcoming ambiance that one would expect from a reputable company like Apple. It felt more like a factory assembly line than a place where customers could genuinely engage with the brand and its products.

It's also another great store to buy the apple products from. Service is great and had a great experience buying the product from here. Can be considered as one of the best apple authorised resellers!!

It's a complete store to shop for Apple products and accessories, they have a great team who give solutions and service...I had a good time here.
