Excellent customer service. Got logic board replaced for multiple machines. Very professional service. Makes apple a winner when it comes to customer service. You won't find this level of professionalism in other brands (maybe Dell not sure but Hp,Lenovo one does the job but not as professional as this). If you feel you should go for a warranty and can manage it, definitely go for it, they will be of great support if anything breaks.

Sometimes I feel staff lack energy to sell. That may because it is in mall and many visits this to try new products. Not all of them are actual buyers. Overall a great place for apple products
