Suraksha, Prasanth, Muthu and Kannan were very helpful and responsive to the problems we had! Based on my inconvenience of travel from Coonoor to Coimbatore for the drop and pickup of my laptop, they were able to service and give me back my laptop within 4 working days which is impeccable. In fact, I had only come for a display issue, but they ran the diagnostics and very honestly told me about the other software and hardware issues which are covered within my Apple Protection Plan. They also gave me a hard disk and connected my laptop to the TV for me to look at the display through which I had to backup my laptop data. This kind of support received made me feel confident about the service and the place where I had to leave my laptop for almost a week for its service! The honesty, integrity, and the culture of the staff here was remarkable! Thanks a lot
