Worst experience ,i didnt expect this..especially employee not responded properly, they r saying one price and while billing time with in 15 min they forced to take finance process ... I visited 4 times ,but no use...waste of time...so decided to take another city branch or online....their intention customer to buy finance system only..today one employe in week off he is good..but remining employee very poor in responding.

Five devices i have purchased from Aptronix kakinada in previous five to six years , the response of the staff is good. Particularly Mr Chinna cooperated well

They got established lot many years before. They will not make customer happy anytime. Very poor in customer relationship. Worst in service. This is apple authorised service centre but people inside will behave like they are the only one in this universe.....

This authorised apple premium reseller is located in the main road Kakinada. The shop has all the latest devices and demo products are also available to check. Offers applicable on Apple products ( cash back, emi etc) can be availed here. The representatives are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very worst experience not responding for calls even sales department and service department also simply saying sorry nd not even doing call when there are so many missed calls
