Appayan Restaurant - Restaurant in Madhubati - Hooghly, India

Today in the evening we went to have steamed chicken momo at Appayan and ordered four plates of the same. What we got there was uncooked momo. And after bringing it to their notice, they offered us freshly cooked momos. Unfortunately again momos remained uncooked. The manager tried to explain that they have a new set of cook, there are 5 cook who are making the momos (!! Seriously?) the flour-coated parts became thik but not uncooked at all! Finally, one of our friends sent back one plate untouched momo and we two had the soft parts only. Our Driver dada did not take any new plate and we are charged for 4 plates! They did not even apologize for once. In the pictures you can see the condition of food of the two freshly given plates and charged for 4. Even we were served soup in such a bowl that the spoon does not even dip into the soup. You can see the size of the bowl and spoon here. Highly not recommended restaurant.

Quality of food is average . The taste of biriyani is just horrible . But they made fresh food . Service is very poor . Food quantity is good . Try to avoid this restaurant

Wasted food , missing salad and souce from packet as well as giving too less quantity. Making food like a nonsense. If possible then must try to avoid this restaurant. Taking high amount and making food just like a footpath shop of 20-30 rupees chawmein, mughlai etc. Now food condition is too bad from earlier. So must ignore. And here support is not good. Mainly the Sanjoy named one person is there who don't have minimum knowledge and sense but he is a cash collector agent. Don't have any idea regarding online payment but taking online payment and asking for repayment, taking double money sometime and telling contact us later we will check later by payment agent etc. This type of nonsense behaviour happening here ! Thank you!

This is a good restaurant. Here food quality is very good. Here food service is very nice. Here Briyani is awesome. Other food is also famous. You can also come here with your family for tasteing here's food. Thank you.......

I along with my friends ate Chicken momo and a few other items. The taste was good but few items seemed overpriced compared to the quality.

It's a very much fashionable and modern restaurant, and test of any food is very much good and healthy also
