APPAYAN - Fast food restaurant in Uttarpara, Debaipukur - Hooghly, India

Bad experience no hygiene maintain bad food quality they are selling 2-3 days cook food, very bad smell don't go this restaurant

From Appayan I have ordered two pieces of Chicken Pakora and one plate Chicken Biryani. Both are tasty, affordable and value for money. I will highly recommend.

One plate vej chowmin and one plate moglai value is rs 120 but it's taste doesn't worth the money, I'm regularly visited the shop but everytime their food quality going down and down. I take Vej chowmin but I can't find vej in the chowmin and the filling of the moglai is worst. When you are a food lover then taste of food is very important to you. Right? I really doesn't taste this worst food before, they increase every items value but decrease the food taste that's disappointed.

Ordered their mutton biriyani one fine afternoon as I was passing their takeaway counter on my vehicle, their store's location is right by the GT road and at a junction , which is a good spot I'd say. They serve both chicken and mutton biriyani from the same haari, they have two options, one is in a cardboard packet (like in sweet shops) with rice and one piece of mutton (no egg) for Rs. 80 and the other is in disposable plastic food container with egg (and slightly more quantity of rice) for Rs. 130, the chicken biriyani costs Rs. 10 less in both options. I'd say the pricing is quite affordable in the area. Now the taste, it tasted kind of weird, a bit bland, it wasn't the best biriyani I have tasted in the price bracket, I think they messed up their spice mixture a little the day I ordered. The mutton piece was tender and cooked decently. Overall, definitely there's room for improvement in terms of taste, great pricing though. They have bunch of other snack options too, but as with most street side takeaways in the area, if hygiene is your concern especially in these COVID times, you might want to look the other way while they prepare and serve your food. :P

Earlier food was great. Recently I visited their outlet. They don't maintain hygiene at all.

It is located on the main GT road. So getting food from there is a challenge as mostly the shop remains crowded and always you will always get honking and no proper parking. Service is very quick. Prices are reasonable but not value for money as the quality delivered is not up to the mark. I had Fish finger and egg devil from here but somehow I found not much tasty. It's an okay type. Anyway people love eating from this place but I felt it to be much hyped.

No compromise with food quality, atmosphere may be not up to the mark otherwise it's very good

It's a road side fast food center located at Uttarpara. We bought chicken Bharta Rumali ruti, chicken kasha . Chicken kasha which they served are not upto the mark. Chicken pieces are hard and worst in taste. There is no difference between fried Tarka and chicken Bharta in taste. Bad experience.
