A great initiative and hospital in the city of Bhopal i must say!! All it needs is a support of the people of Bhopal and boost to infrastructure. People should support it because this is the first multi branded franchise of the hospital in the city. Although it is very less crowded and empty most of the time. Even specialist doctors in all the fields are also not available round the clock. But hopefully once the patient increases and the flow, it will be full and will have all the doctors. Now i think Insurance panel has come up. It is located in very open area and has plenty of space along with food court which is open 24*7.

Recently opened a branded hospital, so far good impression, they are getting in to feet, courteous staff, highly impressed, there are enough parking space, hopefully, they will maintain brand image/business ethics, wait for detailed follow up review. Wishing good luck and best wishes to the management and staff.

Health check department is really very helpful and supportive. They have assisted us in all possible ways so that we are at the best of comfort during our stay at hospital.

Decent hospital with great and experienced doctors. The nursing staff is also decently experienced. The major problem with this hospital is weird protocols for the attender and mismanagement of GDA staff. The security staff should also behave politely with the attenders. The canteen service is also irregular and slow. All this comes for exorbitant costs of the ward rent and other services in the hospital bill. The management of this hospital needs to be seriously improved.

Employees are well mannered and friendly DRS behaviour is very good with patients but due to some mismanagements I have occurred two visits for one day health check ,best wishes.

Incompetent staff, only few people know how to manage the process, whether it's nursing or TPA. Exorbitant prices for mediocre services. Doctors are good, because of which had to deal with slow service and discharge process . For a max 2 hours daycare procedure, got discharged at midnight, after spending 11 hours, that too after multiple follow-ups and help from the consulting doctor

Hospital is good but reception is too slow,pharmacy is always out of stock of major medicines and takes too much time to generate bills and ..overall need to improve on staff quality.

I admitted my grandfather in the mentioned hospital. For even a single visit of doctor they are charging 1000 and if the same doctor visit another time they will charged 1000 again.. I will recommend you please do not visit here. Hear the treatment is not up to the mark only money matters
