This is our third visit. Every time we book for an appointment online, the clinic does not have a record of the appointment. None of the doctors are available at the clinic at the appointed time. They usually take 45-60 minutes to come to the clinic. Reception Staff is clueless and don't take any ownership. They don't know that an appointment is booked online. Customer care will only go by system as they will confirm that the appointment is confirmed. We just walked out disgusted. Never to return.
Went there for an employer health screening - bad experience. It takes about 3-4 hours for a simple screening. It would have been longer if I had not been pushing them. Feels like a government hospital/clinic. They should learn customer experience and scheduling various checks in parallel and get people out quicker.
It's was very good experience with Apollo having health check-up. They do all the tests ia details and patience.. highly recommended to visit here.
Went for AHC. File system needs to be followed ( who is next in the queue), can see people arguing who is first. For ultrasound, they are not even asking whether bladder is full. They want to just wind up on people because the doctor had to go out or not available for the rest of the day Reports not available on the same day. Can see many hospitals quick on the reports and consultation on the reports done on the same day. Here you have to go on the next day. Had to do 2-3 followups on phone and email to get my HBA1c report.
Well organised. Despite 47 appointments things went fairly like clock work. A little bit of patience is required of course, given the numbers.
Professional and calm employees. Not much rush although i did the tests on Wednesday. All good just the eye test went in rush since I was wearing spectacles the person did not re-check the power.
Really pathetic service is provided. From receptionists, nurses, wardboys, and everybody. Nobody here values time. Our company will give us one day to get the annual health checkups done. But these people will tell us twice to come giving the reason of doctor unavailability. While there are doctors around they keep wasting the time just by collecting the files. Also there is no systematic procedure of person to guide us through the health checkups. We need to go to each room and give our files and keep waiting. Even there is ignorance and time wasted there. We should try avoiding such clinics for health checkups Also need to suggest our HRs to avoid these clinics
They have no value for other people's time. They make you wait for atleast 1 hour for every test. It even took the receptionist 1 hour to call us for billing after we arrived. Then another hour to take our blood sample, 1.5 hours to get an ECG done and so on. If you go here for an annual health checkup or premedical, you'll end up losing 5-6 hours of your day. They are overbooked and do not have the infrastructure/rooms/staff to attend to people. Very bad hospitality and service.
