This is a money guzzling clinic, There is no coordination between the doctors time and lab timing plz do not go here if you have an emergency. They will make you wait a min 45 min to just look at you, and the doctor are never on time, we pay a premium at this private clinic to get on time medicine assistance, but they make you wait like govt hospital. I had to wait 1.5 hr to see the doctor and almost 2 hrs to get a scanning performed, I'm angry that I paid more than 14k for a consultation with blood report and scanning. I will not recommend this Apollo clinic.
This was my first time using Best Health clinics and I couldn't recommend them any more. From Kelsey in reception to Ayesha carrying the work out, everyone was so genuine, professional and made me feel at ease straight away.
Very Worst experience. 1.Receptionist attitude was very worst. It looked like She didn't have any interest in her job . Waited for almost 10 minutes at the reception (talking to the receptionist) as she is asking my phone number a 100 times . I had an appointment already and i dont know whats the problem in finding the details. 2. Unorganised OP It looked like a govt hospital. There is no nurse /staff/token mechanisms to call patients inside in order or handle the patients 3. Doctor was OK . Consultation was fine and guided well 3.Hygiene was also kind of Average
I had a great experience doing my medical check up, all the process where very smooth. Special Mention to Suma for her excellent behaviour and helpfulness she ensured that I was comfortable and everything was smooth.
Worst clinic ever. They have charged me Rs800 for a general physician consultation and for CBC and dengue test they took Rs4545. They are just wasting people's money. Rs800 is extremely costly for a normal general physician. They are thugging people. Don't go there. I do not recommend at all. My Health did not even get better. I had to go for my checkup to some other hospital.
No parking, would suggest you to visit other apollo clinic and doctor isn't no time.
Taking appointment is of no use. Travelled 180+ km to reach this place on time, only to be told that the appointment was not registered in their system and doctor isn't available for today. They don't even bother to update the patients in advance if the doctor doesn't show up that day. No parking available either.
