Had booked an appointment throught their phone number. Had confirmed it twice. By the time I reached there, Dr. Bhavik had left. The lady who worked there said my appointment didn't reflect, but once she refreshed the page, there it was. I proceeded to ask them how this is fair, to which the lady and a male staff member started behaving extremely rudely (the male staff member at one point started breathing heavily, chest heaving, asking me to 'get out' - a bit scary). The female staff member too was sarcastic and rude and refused to accept that the clinic was responsible for the mistake (the lady who works for Apollo clinic's centralised office who had confirmed the booking called me later and accepted that they were indeed at fault). This isn't a review for the doctor, but I'll never go back and not recommend this place just for the rudeness of the staff that work there.

Dr Bhavik is really very well experienced and knew the issue with me as soon he saw my reports he gave me proper suggestions regarding my heath and improving it. The staff is very friendly and caring. They helped me a lot . Thank you very much Apollo sugar clinic for your help .

I am a regular visitor & patient since more than 10years.Dr.Sanjiv Shah is one of the best Diabetes doctor. Medicine and treatment advised by him helps in effective control of blood sugar levels.

I am coming here since many years. Excellent treatment. All tests are done here including foot check up and eye test. Good staff and service. Home visit service also provided. I will recommend this to all DIABETIC patients.

My sugar level were very high & fluctuating in spite of Insulin.Dr Sanjiv changed the medication & I followed his advise for food intake etc..My sugar levels started reducing consistently & I am off insulin & so far sugar level is in control, lower side. Mr Sanjiv Sah is a very good endocrinologist and diabbetician I am taking treatment from him since Janu 2018 for Treatment of diabetes and feeling better. His treatment/ attitude to patients is very nice.

Very good service by sister Sneha and Dr.Bhavik Saglani is very good doctor and my diabetes is under control. First my sugars was 463 now my sugar cane under control 135 My hba1c came from 9.3 to 5.4 thank you Apollo Sugar
