Maintenance needs a tremendous improvement, common area and common toilets needs reconstruction, smells very bad, need more personal care from the duty doctors and duty nurses, but no specific concern. Need more good facility like canteen, essentials and parking facility. Room was very clean and good, with couple of malfunctions. processes were fast, all staffs are friendly, ICU attender velanganni was very curious and caring. One of the male nurse looks very peeking , staring, but not sure on this part. Though the service is fair, good, I don't see much smiles. It could be because, all ground staffs and customer handling staffs are too much experienced, but not concerned about the human touch, the welcoming smile. I don't know any ones name in this hospital. No one introduced themselves. But I can recommend this place. Good check in and checkout, with necessary care. As per the brand Apollo, I expected, more, like water bottles, food for attenders, tea coffee options, 24 hours pharmacy, any vending machine Or active pantry , towels in the room, and more.

I recently visited this hospital for a dental and eye checkup for a family member. We had a positive experience overall, receiving excellent consultation and appropriate medications. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with a relatively low level of crowding. Additionally, the waiting time was minimal.

Top notch facility, taken well care. No complains at all. The nursing staff is very attentive. Insurance process is also very smooth. The food charges are very nominal and the quality is good. Overall had a very good experience with the surgery.

Hello Team, I would like to share this feedback in lieu of my experience at Apollo Spectra of an operation done under the supervision of Dr. Nanda. I am really hoping this is taken into due attention by the management and the necessary measures are taken to ensure a good customer experience in the future. First of all, we've been immensely happy under Dr. Nanda's guidance and we like to share our sincere gratitude towards her and her team. She is not just a doctor with expertise but also, someone who gives you her time and support, with whom you can have a free open conversation. Thank you, Ma'am! Second, the service of the support staff, nursing staff is positive and you're sure to find a handful of them with a smiling face & helpful attitude. Finally, I would like to share some points on my feedback here: 1. The condition of the room needs major improvements. Upon the entrance itself a patient must be able to feel comfortable, however, in this case we were rather disappointed and asked for a change which was also not possible. We were allocated room #304 which has one whole wall with doors and window that has access to the balcony of the pantry/washing area. As such there is constant activity and people coming and going which makes the privacy questionable especially post a surgery and more so, if the patient happens to be a female one 2. Despite having issues, expressing our discomfort the management in the ground floor made their own judgement and were not comfortable in changing the room post an allocation. The room #303 was vacated and when I requested for a shift to the same I was told that it would having maintanence issues and that it was smelling. I understand in such a case it should not be then allocated to any other patient but it was to my surprise in the next 30 mins itself to a couple to whom I spoke and they mentioned that they did not get any smell. Clearly the old lady in the group floor reception staff mentioned was misleading 3. The height of the toilet is very low which would makes it difficult for the usage 4. There are no single grab bars inside the toilet which makes it very risky and this is also the most basic essential in a hospital washroom in times where even our own homes have grab bars now-a-days especially for the elderly 5. Availability of the staff is challenging as they're clearly overworked and understaffed. There was only one single person in the pantry which made us keep going up and down for any requirement (the intercom in the room wasn't working) and also, one nurse in the floor to serve all the rooms 6. The quality of food and variety definitely needs to get better. Taste wise as well. For breakfast, the upma was even found to be spicy for a recovering patient who was supposed to be on everything absolutely on a zero spicy diet 7. It's about time to change the housekeeping clothing and make the patient/family feel it is fresh and washed. For eg there were blankets lying inside the wardrobe which I am sure were used and left by previous patients 8. Why are the serving plates, jugs etc. all in plastic when in today's time it is advised to be avoided? This needs to be changed immediately 9. The rooms must be inspected prior to giving any allocation as in our case the wash basin was not working with cold water Everyone visits the hospital with a certain physical and mental frame of mind and is willing to spend the money that costs them a fortune. In such a situation, the least that can be provided is a good service in return around just the basics taken care of. We sincerely hope the management will take notice of this and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

I recently underwent a DNS correction surgery at Apollo spectra, Koramangala under the supervision of Dr Harihara Murthy. He was the first of many ENT specialists I had seen in about 4 years who actually listened to me & understood my problems(mine was a slightly complicated case with DNS correction already performed in the past). He was patient enough to explain the possible causes and answer my queries. And it was only after six months of treatment, during which he helped reduce both my symptoms and the medication required to manage them, that he suggested going for the surgery. Dr Murthy was just as patient in alleviating my concerns and fears with regard to undergoing this type of surgery for the second time. He explained how he would ensure a proper and lasting outcome. The hospital staff & nurses were extremely kind and helpful and most importantly treated me like a person. They made the process of pre-surgery tests and the hospitalization itself, easier. The other administrative aspect of a hospitalization - the insurance department was an even bigger surprise. The people within the insurance department took time to speak personally, provided the list of required documents in advance and did not bother me about it thereafter - Not even when I had to reschedule the surgery. In fact they helped me clarify the issues with my insurance provider so that I only had to pay the non-medical expenses in the final bill. All in all, I would say that the hospital's quality of treatment and care is superior to the so called "major" hospitals in Bangalore.

My wife recently underwent a minor ear surgery at Apollo Spectra Hospitals in Koramangala, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care she received. From the reception to discharge, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The doctors were exceptionally skilled and made sure to explain every step of the procedure beforehand, easing any concerns we had. The nursing staff was attentive and kind, adding a personal touch that made a world of difference. The facilities were pristine and well-equipped, making us feel confident in the quality of care received. Advanced technology was seamlessly integrated into their system, making diagnostic and treatment processes quick and accurate. What stood out the most was the hospital's commitment to patient comfort and well-being. We felt well-taken-care-of at every turn, and this made the experience significantly less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend Apollo Spectra Hospitals in Koramangala to anyone in need of specialized medical care. Their professionalism and attention to detail are truly second to none
