Apollo hospital OPD don't follow patient number they surve patient only one reference basis. Specially the person sitting in PRO cell Name -Mr. Pandey/Pathak manage patient number only his personal reference number or may be taking money from patient to early number. Totally mismanage hospital don't follow rule Run OPD only by making money specially Mr Pandey/Pathak in pro.
In terms of treatment and doctors the hospital is on top but if I talk about the MANAGEMENT the hospital is WORST -The ground staff didn't know how to talk with patients attendants. -The Floors were very dirty. -Slippers used by staff in ICU to maintain decorum of intensive care were also used in corridors so how can we called ICU as intensive Care. -Purchasing of Medicine, make you stand for at least 1-2 hours. Mentioning all these points only to improve and I hope the management will do better coz you are running a brand name and as a consumer we only want basic hygiene, cleanliness and basic response from ground staff.
This hospital is biggest scammer and butcher.fisrt they admitted patient after charged unnecessary High charges and threatened patient family members for money.they are goons so be alert from appollo scammers and greedy of money.they don't care about patient life but they only care about money money
Doctor Anugrah is one of the best Doctor of Hospital. However in term of services the hospital need to improve certain basic eminities like cleaniness of the rooms and their washrooms. Further the room alloted was stinking and sofa provided for attendent was so torn down that hardly anyone can rest on it. Hope the management will look into it.
Dr. Anugrah Dubey is one of the best doctor in Gwalior city, his experience is clearly visible as he checks each and everything in detail before prescribing the medicines. The overall experience was good.
