Apollo Spectra Hospital - Specialized hospital in Kanpur - Kanpur Nagar, India

We had gone for the Annual Health Checkup for our health insurance policy. The appointment was scheduled for 3rd Oct and we kept waiting for 30 mins but the staff at the reception was nonchalantly ignored. We came back without getting our tests done. I complained to my health insurance provider and they rescheduled it for 9th Oct. Today the experience was very good. The entire process was smooth and it took only 25 minutes in completing the process.

Services are very poor. If someone is going for annual health checkup. Please never go. The whole radiology staff is so annoying. No rules. And they have attached the reports of USG even I was not entered in the radiology room. Just only send the slip to the staff to call but I get my slip is attached with reports. And after two days when I try to collect the report over mail after calling around 15-30 times. They sent the wrong reports.

Overall Good experience. One of the best Dr Nikhat i believe in kanpur she is humble,polite and keep things simple. Nursing staff is good. Canteen service worst Couple of time they forgot to provide evening snacks to patience Also food quality is not good It would be good if hospital has Parking facility

A big bubble in the name of APOLLO... A good place for treatment in kanpur City... But not the facilities.. Doctors are very good.. Treatment is done very nicely.. staff is also nice and we'll trained.. BUT the facilities provided in the room are poor . In the name of APOLLO HOSPITAL it's the DIRTIEST hospital I have ever seen.. A Normal person can get sick by using the washroom because the condition of the washroom was as if it's public washroom.. Unbearable smell was all over there.. It was so bad that I had to buy my room freshners for the room and bathroom.. Toilet seat was so old that after complaining they cleaned it but still was looking dirty and unhygienic and has become so dirty with the leaking flush, water spilling all around the toilet seatthat even the patient thinks twice to use it.. Secondly AC of the room (ROOM NO 219) was not working at all.. after complaining an electrician came he opened the ac grill and there was thick layer of ice on it.. and the solution given by him was to off the AC on every half n hour or put it on fan mode your room will get quite cool.. ( AAP HAR ADHE GHANTE PE AC KO OFF KR DIJIYEGA AAPKA ROOM THANDA HOJAYEGA, YE AAP ISKO FAN MODE PE CHALAIYE) The condition become that my patient was sweating in night.. was unable to sleep cause of hot temperature.. Thirdly TV was not working.. I have complained it for 7 times asking the password but everyone was looking at eachother faces.. no password was given to use the tv.. Happy with the treatment but not the facilities provided..

Hospital staff is cooperative. Dr Mayank Porwal is very good surgeon some maintenance facilities is required improvement ie leakage of ac water on floor.

Its just like normal govt hospital, Cleanliness is must all over the hospital, washrooms are so unhygienic, near the water cooler it was clearly mentioned that no tobacco, still there were tobacco spit under the basin of water cooler, Doctor don't show up on time, nurses and attenders were busy on mobile watching reels, Receptionist Amit was good with his work and cooprative.
