I was admitted for a surgery. They took really good care of me. I traveled from far for this surgery and I did not feel like I was out of my hometown. Very comprehensive in explaining procedures and guidelines. 24x7 importance given to all the patients. The dietician Dr. Manjula, did a great job at planning my diet providing me at the right time. The nurses did check up on me every hour.

The hospital ambiance is good. The service rendered by Nurses and Helpers were really good. Dr. Vani Vijay and her team of doctors did a great job. The Anasthetist Dr. Sathyakumar was a very kind person. He attends patients with great care with a personal touch. Helpers Ms. Thangamani, and Ms. Anjali were really good. They always had a smiling face and helped us throughout our stay at the hospital. Food was really good, home and appreciable. Thank you Apollo for all your services. The only issue we faced was the single individual rooms don't have attached restrooms. They have a single common restroom for all the patients (both common ward and individual room).

I got a pain relief procedure for my mom who has been suffering from trigeminal neuralgia for last 6 years by dr ravi dr babu anaesthesia sister Pushpa and her team Experience has been the best so far in my life everything from reception to support to food to staff courtesy to doctor's professionalism to billing n insurance team has been simply outstanding I salute the entire team and specially pain specialist Dr Ravi he has got magical touch and sweet personality

Excellent patient care and service. I had fistula laser surgery. I have entered the hospital with lots of fear.But their care , friendly approach and motivational support made me feel better. Surgery went well and got discharged on the same day happily.Thanks to Dr. Vani Vijay ,Dr.Sathya and OT team,Nursing staffs,Billing team Housekeeping staffs and entire team.Special thanks to Mr.Mugesh for the timely help.Amazing work keep up the team.

We had a good experience when we went in for a day procedure. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Very clean and hygienic settings.

True story about Apollo. Recently my mother had high fever and we visited here for a general checkup. The tall white unprofessional nurse at the emergency checked n directed us to OPD Doc. The Doc was kind enough and prescribed few antibiotics, paracetamol and an injection on request. They charged 500rs with no bill and medicines came up to 800 change. The worst experience when we went back to the emergency station to get the injection. We were again charged 300 for bed and 410rs unwanted charges for 5 pairs of gloves n IV set (which was already free in the box) and she has pricked my mom multiple times in search of a vein. Later it was covered with big bandage in that area. We only got to know the unprofessionalism the next day. I highly do not recommend the hospital with professional nurses.
