Good experience, The level of care I received was truly impressive, and the ambiance of the hospital added to the positive experience. The staffs were attentive and professional, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent medical care in a comfortable.

1. very huge and multi special hospital in trichy all kind of hospital service available here (emergency, dental, eye, etc.) 2. expansive compare to other hospital 3. hospital inside staff are working like 5 star hotel or IT company employees 4. car and bike parking available 5. covid vaccine parking are separate 6. inside hospital patient food price are expansive 7. normal canteen food price moderate then meals & tiffins provide separate are taste low price moderate 8. hospital inside medical and all scan facility available 9. inside patient visiting hour 4-6pm only but now covid time so they not allowed eve time also. even though you can visit the patient if you have visiting pass. 10. if your friends or family(mother, father, son etc.) people admit icu ward you cant visit even you cant sit icu ward floor. only allowed the doctor visiting hour. other vise the security not allow you to enter floor even if you have visiting pass. 11. if your members admit more than a day the hospital provide staying common hall place at second floor but they open after 6pm and closed mor 9pm after than you can site ground floor. only one member allow to stay. if you more than one people stay at hall in night time the mid night security come and check visiting pass those who has have visiting pass they will allow stay other wise.... 12. IMPORTANT to management please give some proper instruction to securities they treat the patient & attender very rude. kindly consider you may see 100 patient daily but the attender have only one patient (mother or father) they have fear and uncomfortable situation and embarrass moment so please treat patient & attender very humble. most of the time the security are very rude.

Apollo is a very good hospital. But today a very bad experience. We booked an appointment yesterday at 2pm for consultation at 12 noon today for a checkup for a big wound but it took a 2.5 whole hours to consult the doctor. My grandmother couldn't sit for too long. The doctors took a long time to attend the patients. It would be a lot more helpful if the doctors come a bit early. All the other services like staffs,nurses, housekeeping etc. were really good. Overall Apollo is really great but this was bit uncomfortable for us.

Apollo is actually A Greek god of healing, the name deserves the meaning. Really the best customer service and highly talented doctors. I admitted my father for Pacemaker fixing. Dr Mr Vijay Sekar, the expert in cardiac treatments who done the procedure very successfully. And the staffs in CCU and impatient room care at level 4 were excellent and well talented. And Mr saravanan head of accounts helped us to claim insurance and complete the documentation process. We really appreciate the Apollo Tiruchirapalli team and thank them a lot. And I also have to thank security all over the hospital and the The driver team to help us to valet our car when we come in a hurry and emergency time. I wish Apollo TRICHY team a very good successful in treating their patients.

Best treatment..but huge amount ...situated in old palpannai,... trichy Chennai highway

Excellent services right from the 1st visit to the follow up visit. Can't imagine the exceptional services of the health care workers at the hospital. Right from smiling welcome up to seeing us off , bidding happy healthy days wishes, everything and every one are to be highly appreciated. We get admitted to undergo some surgery or what ever it is, we get half cured by the care taking measures of the health workers of the hospital. Really I was proud of our Trichy place having excellent health workers. I sincerely pray for all the health workers, staffs, Doctors & team and the management for every one's welfare and great health and peace.

Did health check up for 7800 , the service is not good , doctors are not go thru all the results , except cardiology and dentist . The food provided was totally tasteless and not hygiene , staffs are not organised properly , juz go our selves every where .

The entire team took excellent care and Dr Mayilan Chinnappan is an awesome surgeon and he can make the patient feel so much at ease and comfort ! I strongly suggest him if you are looking for a good Neuro & friendly surgeon! Dr Senthil is equally good and they make a good team and ensure commucation is seamless ! The entire OP team secy Sumathi /Nurse Suganthy & incharge Mr Pandiarajan make our OP experience so easy and PR team Mr Praveen & Mr Chidambaram also personally took care of all our requirements when we arrive from another city to consult -Thank you is just not enough -sending you all my love and prayers to continue such service with a smile for many many more guests -Apollo Trichy team touches your heart with their warmth
