Doctor John Edmund Benny. He treated my father for a knee surgery for a fracture. He treated well and kind enough to explain the cause and precautions. Very good hospitality.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the help desk service. I have been waiting for nearly 3 hours to check the pacemaker, and it's quite inconvenient, considering I traveled a long distance to come to the hospital for this appointment. Regrettably, this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. A month ago, despite booking an appointment 45 days in advance and confirming my arrival two days before the appointment, I was also informed that the technician was unavailable. I sincerely hope that this recurring situation can be addressed promptly. Update : More worst happens again. Now the technical person came and checked for one patient and left without check my father's. Front desk staffs are not at all responsible.

My husband had a leg infection and couldn't walk properly.The treatment by Dr john was swift and to the utmost perfection and now my husband is recovering at a fine rate may be able to walk better thanks to Dr John Benny .

Every one is speaking about excellence apart They don't want get rid of what we Nurses dealing there .The supervisors names as Dani Praveena and some others dont consider Nurses as a Human, they think about them as the creatures to serve for them and their management.Most of the nurses are going to other hospitals but none of them have any questions about that The HR Department dont know the Root cause .The nurses won't get their enough leaves like Sick leave or Week off for the job they do.In particularly their Nursing Administrator Mrs.Yamuna and DNS Mrs.joy Are the main reason for their problems No one is ready to ask Nurses problem They have Time to gossiping with oncall supervisors and to have nice hot Tea and cutlet but they don't have time to meet the nurses who standing in front of their room Approximately they want the nurses to stand in front their room for atleast or More than 3 hours .. Really worst thing they are doing They have the courage as NO ONE IS GOING TO QUESTION MY BEHAVIOR AND EVERYBODY IN THE HOSPITALS OR MY SLAVES these are their Mind voices .I really dont know why This apollo Management have them as this higher.....What ever we Say The management and the Apollo is doing their own thing as this irresponsible creatures only .. Please consider the nurses as a humans also this was my humble opinion

My father was recently admitted for emergency care with Apollo due to persistent fever and breathing difficulty. Dr. Hari Krishnan took charge of the care. He was very patient and caring, and didn't hesitate to answer all clarifying questions we asked. He had a very good understanding of my father's health situation and skillfully handled the treatment required to get him to complete cure. We got help from nurses Daisy, Princey, Aruna, Prathiba, Oviya, Mumta and many more. Their commitment was commendable and they tirelessly worked around the clock to make sure we got continuous support. They were open to helping us no matter what the request was to counseling and no matter what time of the day. We also got help from Kavitha, the ward secretary who was very helpful in sharing the treatment given and the test reports so that we can understand what treatment is being offered. Cleaners Medhul, Arya and others were also so accommodative of all we asked of them. I was impressed by how some of them had learnt Tamil to speak with patients and colleagues although they are originally from Assam. Overall Apollo hospital was very systematic and process oriented. They even collected feedback once in a few days and made immediate changes. One of the few places in Madurai with such high standards. Fortunate that they were available to treat my father when there was such an accute need. Thank you Apollo.

I have visited the Apollo hospital last week with my wife and had a lunch in Sindhoori restaurant.The service quality experience is so great that want to share some positive comments about the staff Ram prasanth. The way of he receiving customer is so polite and his suggestions of food for my pregnant wife is very kind. I really appreciate his service and his soft skill.
