I had a consultation to nephrologist and cardilogist for my mother , and pretty happy for the services provided, doctors are friendly and their services are also good and other hospital staff also nice

Have visited this hospital twice on account of emergency care for my grandmother. Little did we know that the Apollo Reach hospital is just looking for money. They charge very high prices which are not seen even in Hyderabad except for a few high end hospitals. But the hygiene and quality of care is the worst. Multiple specialists have seen on account of the situation. The doctors randomly ask tests which they themselves are not sure of and contradict each other. The doctors lack experience and on consulting for second opinion found those tests and the kind of treatment suggested by Apollo reach is not required. Looks like they suggest treatment for minting money and nothing else put the patients in danger and ignoring the plight of family members. Sure the hospital is a corporate setup but they lack the minimum integral values to lynch money from patients this way. They don't have proper hygiene and the rooms are in pathetic condition. No one in their right mind would fail to exclaim what is the exorbitant price for, except for the greed of the hospital. With mosquitoes in the rooms and unhelpful staff it was a nightmare getting treatment at this hospital. We would not have gone unless it's for emergency. They call you in the middle of the night citing some reason( medicines, shifting rooms in our case) upon reaching the hospital, they ask you to pay bill in advance. Why can't they say that over phone or in the morning as if people are running away leaving the patient or say the actual reason they called is for the bill. Such a horrific experience!!! Never ever visit this greedy hospital for quality care.

worst hospital ,highly expensive charges,poor quality of treatment ,cause identification is very poor,some test reports are kept hold for holidays like Sunday. after deciding of discharge,hospital is conducting some tests,and those tests results are reaching us after joining in other hospital like next day,then what is the purpose of that tests ,it's only for money that's it, we decided to shift the patient to other hospital for better treatment ... in this case we confirmed to hospital at 12:00 Pm bt hospital discharged the patient at 4:30Pm ,hospital is entertaining with patients life,they need only money, they are not here to serve the people, highly expensive , hospital is charged 110000 rupeers for one and half day in cities like Karimnagar without identifying cause. don't go to this hospital,it's pushing our life into danger, literally this hospital only motto is to robbery money from people,that's it !

Apollo reach karimnagar given very good services especially the ecg sister was diagnosed my ecg changes admitted immediately.. She is very kind towards me. I'm very thank full to her.
