Very slow staff, no change is available at any time, you need to tender exact amount. In case of card payment, only one terminal is connected to the card swiping machine, so they will redo the entire billing if you have not informed before billing

One of the worst pharmacies. The sales people here are so so lazy, they take a great amount of time to search and give any medicine. Also they do not know if stock is there or not even after checking the database. And they never have change

Very slow and poor customer service. The staffs doesn't know how to spk with the customers. Even swiping machine doesn't work. Feed back number doesn't even response. Better we can purchase in road side medical shops.

The people working here are lethargic. Doesnt have the basic manners of replying to the customers. always held up with their personal work on their mobiles or chatting with the coworkers. I was made to wait for 10 minutes even when I was the only customer in the pharmacy. I still didn't get any single word as response or even a glance from the pharmacist. I then had to give them a shouting and made sure I am not getting back in there. Really worst customer service in there. Appolo pharmacy pls look into it and hire more responsible and deserving people. Thanks.

Very bad customer handling .....worst .....and not good response

Very worst customer attention from the employees.they r very lethargic and not at all responding to the queries.in the same road there is medplus they r good when compared with these people.

Good... Discount for SRM student n staff..Plz come with stdnt id or employee ID.
